There is little that can we can say to ease any loss suffered. However, as a family business with our own family history we understand how sudden and shocking grief can be. We know that the process of organizing a service can be a very unwelcome burden in difficult times, so we really do try to take as much pressure off you as we can.
There is no correct way to deal with grieving and everyone has a different way of reacting. Some will immerse themselves in work, some will retreat to their bedroom whereas others are very philosophical about it. It’s all you can do to share your feelings with those closest to you and take one day at a time. We shall try to do the rest for you.
Never suffer in silence though, if you think the pressure of the grieving process is too much there are people such as Lifeline you can talk to confidentially. www.lifeline.org.au
